Get ready for a week of fun, discovery, and hands-on learning at our one-of-a-kind Summer Camp! Rooted in our unique edible education curriculum, each session offers students the chance to explore the full seed-to-table journey—right here in Bakersfield.

🌱 In the Garden, campers dig into gardening basics and experience the magic of growing their own food.

 

🍴 In the Kitchen, they’ll turn fresh garden produce into delicious recipes as they learn practical cooking skills.

 

Families can choose from three different week-long sessions, all hosted at the Buena Vista Edible Schoolyard in southwest Bakersfield. Open to students entering 2nd through 6th grade in Fall 2025. Campers must provide their own transportation.
